Great location, clean and comfortable for a group Positive: House layout, parking, lots of space Negative: No mattress protectors and the sheets didn’t fit the mattress.

Zen location and utilities. Positive: Location is great and the property is well-equipped for guests — perfect while we watched the footy and F1. The place is zen as advertised. The host responded promptly when we reported an unexpected issue upon arrival: a water leak in the downstairs bedroom bathroom. Unfortunately, the ceiling was damp, leaking onto the bed and flooring, and the ceiling lights were also affected. The host quickly arranged a plumber, who came out straight away. If any issues arise, communication first goes through an overseas management service before being directed to a local team. A plumber was called and attended quickly, which was appreciated. However, although they advised the downstairs bedroom could be used, the sheets were still damp and the ceiling lights were affected by moisture, so it didn’t feel safe or comfortable for guests to stay in that room. Negative: Unfortunately, the leak meant the downstairs bedroom and bathroom weren’t really suitable for use during our stay, as the ceiling and sheets were damp and the lights had been affected. While compensation was offered, it felt a little low considering the space couldn’t be used. The shower taps in the bedrooms could also use some attention, as they were a little flimsy and the water temperature was hard to adjust. There are also some water damage in a few areas that they need to look at.
